Find the downloaded file

Unzip anywhere on your PC

Open the unzipped folder
»
Copy the Customized folder to your Age of Conan\Data\Gui folder NOTE: If you currently have a custom UI, rename your existing Customized folder before copying mine.

Run MeatHooks AoC Revision Fix

Start AoC and have FUN!
GAME OPTIONS SCRIPT INSTRUCTIONS

In your unzipped folder you will see a scripts folder
»
Copy this folder to your \Age of Conan\scripts folder
»
In game type /doptions in any chat window to get a clickable link
»
Open the downloaded/unziped folder, copy the Revision Fix folder anywhere on your PC.
You should see this:

Right click on the shortcut and choose Properties
You should see this: (I have deleted items for this picture)

Enter the following: (all one line)
Target: (LOC = location of folder on hard drive)
"LOC\AoC_RevisionFix\AoC_FixRevision.exe" "LOC\Age of Conan\Data\Gui\Customized" "LOC\Age of Conan\Data\Gui\Default"
Start in:
"LOC\AoC_RevisionFix\AoC_FixRevision.exe"

Close the window. You may also rename and move this shortcut to anything/anywhere you like.

Start AoC patcher and wait for it to finish getting the patch

BEFORE hitting "Play" run this program

After this has finished, you can close the window and now you can click on "Play" in AoC
